BDX was the nickname in the winery given to Rolling Stone but while Rolling Stone is dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine is a Malbec dominant blend (49%). Cabernet Sauvignon (36%) and Petit Verdot (15%) add complexity and savouriness to balance the fruit power of the Malbec. Sourced from Hazel’s Vineyard, the fruit for the BDX wine is all grown biodynamically.
Amazing aromas of Blackcurrant and Blueberries with a vanilla, toasty backdrop. Dark, chewy fruit on the palate with a beautiful balance of power, texture and acidity.
