Hacienda de Chihuahua Reposado Sotol

Distilled from the Sotol plant - the Dasylirion wheeleri (desert spoon) - the plants take 15 years to reach maturity, and it takes an entire plant to make just one bottle of sotol! The reposado is aged for 6 months in new charred French oak casks.
