This first release is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, crafted by Champagne Taittinger’s winemaker Alexandre Ponnavoy. Fermented in stainless steel with full malolactic conversion, it’s fresh, balanced and expressive.Â
