Really more of a hedgerow gin, we use a mixture of berries that are picked from the farm in the autumn including blackberries, elderberries, damsons and sloes. With a warming, spicy base gin including nutmeg, cinnamon & cloves and about half the amount of sugar that most Sloe gins contain, this is one not to miss.
