Bodegas Tempore Symphony Garnacha Blanca No Added Sulphur

From white Garnacha (Grenache Blanc) grapes grown at 700 metres in the inhospitable Sierra des Arcos area. A very natural wine with no added sulphur, cold fermented in stainless steel and kept on its lees for a minimum of four months. Deep golden colour, with layered fleshy, peachy, tropical fruit flavours that persist in the mouth and a nutty finish.  Great balance of fruit and acidity.
